Charles Farano began practice as a lawyer in 1979 in Orange County specializing in real estate and land use. In 2008 he started a very successful solo practice where he acquired a state wide reputation in marijuana law. Since November 1, 2008, his practice has included real estate and business law transactions as well as litigation and trial practice. He graduated from Loyola Law School with LL.M in May 2023. He now practices as a real estate broker and lawyer advising boutique style investors and developers. Over 45 years of experience in representing both small investors and developers along with his continued training in real estate and tax law has given him a much needed perspective perspective on the needs of the niche level developer and real estate investor.
